About RankingDeals

Last updated: 2026-11-03

RankingDeals publishes buying guides that answer one question: which model should I buy this year? Each guide compares a short list of products in one category and explains who each one is for.

How a ranking is made

  1. We start from the most respected independent reviews and lab tests for the category (for example RTINGS, Wirecutter, Tom's Guide, TechRadar, Xataka or OCU) and collect what at least several of them agree on.
  2. We shortlist current models available in Europe, favouring recent releases and a spread of brands and budgets, and drop products with recurring reliability complaints.
  3. Each product gets an editor score out of 10 based on performance, build quality, ease of use and value, and a 'best for' label so you can match it to your needs.
  4. Specifications come from the manufacturer. Rankings are dated and reviewed every year; when a new edition comes out, the old address takes you to it.

Use of AI tools

We use AI tools to help gather and summarise research and to draft text, and automated checks to validate every page (structure, length, scores, no invented data) before publishing. We do not physically test products ourselves: our scores summarise and weigh the findings of reviewers who do.

How we make money

Some links are affiliate links: if you buy through them, the store may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. Stores and brands cannot pay to be included or to change a position, and links never affect the order of a ranking.
